Requirements:
  • Proven Performance Marketing Expertise - hands-on experience running high-budget campaigns on Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and Meta.
  • Analytical Mindset - ability to dive deep into data, uncovering patterns and recommending strategic pivots.
  • Strong Technical Foundation - familiarity with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular), SKAdNetwork, event tracking, SDKs, and web-to-app conversion flows.
  • Creative Testing & Iteration - understanding of what drives ad performance with experience running A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Automation & Efficiency - comfortable with campaign management platforms and leveraging scripts or APIs.
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset - seeks better ways to drive impact and thrive in ambitious environments.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - ability to distill complex data into clear recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple clients, understanding and addressing their growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Drive high-impact growth strategies across multiple paid acquisition channels (Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.), with a focus on ROAS and LTV.
  • Execute structured experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly to optimize performance at scale.
  • Manage large ad budgets efficiently, ensuring spend is aligned with strategic goals and continuously improving cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with ASO, CRM, and creative teams to ensure a full-funnel approach to acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and test hypotheses on the relationship between paid and organic traffic, minimizing cannibalization while maximizing total growth.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to build dashboards, automate reporting, and surface actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry changes and develop strategies that future-proof client growth.
  • Represent Phiture at industry events, sharing thought leadership through workshops, panels, and content.
