Responsibilities:

• Create design artefacts including wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI elements.
• Optimize software products by applying complex design systems and improving UI components.
• Adhere to user-centered design practices, conversion principles, and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Communicate and justify UX decisions to internal teams and clients, including C-Suite executives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design quality and user experience.
• Engage with clients directly to understand their needs and ensure client satisfaction.
