Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Capability to manage complex projects from concept to delivery.
• Understanding of modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Databricks, Kafka, Looker).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agile methodologies and program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to align R&D, finance, and GTM teams.
• Manage and prioritize strategic initiatives like data infrastructure modernization and self-service tools.
• Drive adoption of scalable solutions to promote data democratization.
• Maintain program-level documentation including project plans and status reports.
• Collaborate with engineering on data governance and reliability improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for internal customers on data needs.
• Develop metrics for project success and align with business goals.
