Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the public sector, consulting firms, or international organizations.
• Experience in managing complex projects or program management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Work with governments, philanthropies, and funders to tackle complex challenges.
• Lead multiple workstreams and coach client teams for project execution.
• Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
• Develop high-quality presentations and reports for clients.
• Conduct interactive workshops and training sessions.
• Contribute to internal initiatives like business development and recruitment.
