Requirements:
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 6+ years of related work experience required.
  • Experience in business process analysis/management and enterprise solution implementations.
  • Experience in planning financial requirements analysis workshops.
  • Experience creating functional designs and translating requirements.
  • Familiarity with SAP Financial datasets including FICO, AP, AR, and Invoicing.
  • Knowledge of common SAP data elements between FICO and other modules.
  • Experience with GFEBS and working as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience coding in Python/Pyspark and SQL.
  • Experience within a Software/Systems Development Life Cycle.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for gathering and maintaining business and system requirements for mid to large enterprise applications.
  • Provide financial-related business process analysis to identify impacts of system changes.
  • Analyze legacy financial data for mapping and migration into an analytical platform.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development.
  • Test and approve final developed artifacts as a Business Analyst.
  • Determine integration of financial datasets with other domains.
  • Develop understanding of business objectives to align architectural vision.
  • Conduct workshops with customers for data and process understanding.
  • Prepare and present briefings on implementation status.
