Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in electronic and/or hydraulic systems.
• Direct experience in developing a dealer base is a strong asset.
• Strong working knowledge of heavy trucks and/or mobile hydraulic equipment.
• Completed Fluid Power Technology and/or Electrical/Electronic Technology Diploma or Degree.
• Effective consultative selling, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales, support and creation of business opportunities for Compu-Spread in the defined territory.
• Promote advanced hydraulic and electronic spreader control systems for the North America snow and ice market.
• Maintain and support an active network of dealers and work with end users.
• Conduct service calls and training courses for dealers and end users.
• Develop regional sales plans and participate in the annual regional budget.
