Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in a product role.
• Project management experience and/or certification.
• Ability to effectively present information to stakeholders.
• Experience using Product Development tools (preferably Atlassian suite).
• Ability to analyze data from various sources.
• Understanding of service-oriented architecture, APIs, automated testing, continuous deployment.
• Understanding of agile principles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and champion a clear product vision aligned with strategic goals.
• Deeply understand user needs through research and community engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to translate needs into user stories.
• Define and manage the product roadmap prioritizing initiatives based on user impact.
• Establish KPIs to track performance and inform product strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
