Full Stack Developer (Ruby) - Remote

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, building scalable, production-level applications.
• Proven experience developing production-ready applications using Ruby on Rails, including API development and performance optimization.
• Experience working with React or similar modern frontend frameworks; Next.js experience is a bonus.
• Strong understanding and experience with SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.).
• Stable career progression with minimal job hopping; preference for direct product company experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Start with a key project: building a mini application to support clinical quality checks.
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Manage relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server) for performance and reliability.
• Build tools and features addressing real-world healthcare challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned solutions.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance and maintainability.
