  • Coordinate across departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Assist in the conceptualization and execution of the event's aesthetic and ambiance.
  • Manage suppliers, venues, and service providers to align with luxury standards.
  • Develop communication materials including invitations and social media assets.
  • Oversee guest management including RSVPs and VIP protocols.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative event ideas.
  • Assist in budget tracking and administrative tasks.
