Requirements:

• Experienced Program Manager or Senior Technical Project Manager with solution design expertise.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to absorb complex information and guide discussions effectively.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in smaller, fast-moving teams with a hands-on approach.
• Quick start, slow ramp-up mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the GrantFinder portal redesign, integrating BlueConic (CDP) and Brightspot (CMS).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to achieve project goals.
• Ensure workflows and user journeys are practical for end users.
• Drive project milestones and maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate discussions and ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
• Optimize existing processes using workflow design and change management.
• Ensure a smooth, phased project rollout.
