Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven experience leading multi-stakeholder donor initiatives.
• Knowledge of gender equity and/or AI in Africa and Asia.
• Strong project management skills and experience in organizing events.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the working group, setting its vision, objectives, and strategies.
• Organize and execute two to three virtual convenings and one in-person event in 2025.
• Document insights from sessions and develop follow-up plans.
• Facilitate collaborations among key donors and stakeholders.
