Requirements:

• 7 years of Identity and Access Management experience on User Management, Authentication and Authorization, Single Sign On, Know your Customer / Business, Role Based access Control, Multi Factor Authentication.
• Experience managing a product team with engineers and UX triad.
• Experience with data and optimization tools and designing experiments to optimize the conversion funnel.
• Technical acumen to facilitate the design and development of software solutions.
• A healthy balance of skepticism and curiosity.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• An acute understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work under deadlines in an ambiguous environment.
• Relentless user-centricity.
• A data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Nice to have: Developed product(s) related to Public APIs or Partner portals with an understanding of API Management and versioning.
• Nice to have: E-commerce experience and CSM or equivalent scrum certification.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a scrum team consisting of 5+ engineers.
• From concept to launch, own the execution of new system capabilities.
• Develop a deep level of user empathy through product data, competitive analysis, and user research.
• Convert feedback from customers and stakeholders into simple and effective features.
• Know the success metrics for your product area and build the tracking plan to support it.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, legal, security, and senior leaders.
• Conduct agile ceremonies with Engineering and Design teams.
• Organize high-velocity, predictable sprints.
• Mitigate risks and remove blockers for scrum teams.
• Ensure items in the backlog meet the Definition of Ready and see the work through to the Definition of Done.
• Evangelize the product roadmap and ensure alignment between scrum teams.
