Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience of 5 years minimum in a technical role, ideally serving customers in payment services.
  • Knowledge of technical infrastructures and integration methods.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Solution-oriented, with a rigorous approach to project tracking.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Very good level of English, both oral and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Accompany clients in adopting our solutions, guiding them throughout the implementation.
  • Structure and plan the implementation phase with defined project milestones in collaboration with merchants and Payplug teams.
  • Prepare and lead workshops and follow-up committees to ensure clear engagement on milestones and objectives.
  • Assist partners in maintaining and evolving their technical integration with Payplug.
  • Formalize meeting minutes and prepare reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through expert support and proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate across departments to facilitate solution implementations.
  • Enhance product knowledge through feedback documentation from implementation processes.
