Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AS400 Developer with a strong understanding of IBM iSeries systems.
• Experience with RPG, CL, DB2, and other AS400 technologies.
• Ability to develop, modify, and troubleshoot AS400 applications.
• Experience in system integrations and ensuring seamless interaction between AS400 and other platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1) for collaborating with international teams.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements and new technologies.
• Desirable Skills: Experience with system migrations and transitioning legacy applications to modern platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and integrating AS400 with cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance AS400 applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Analyze and resolve issues within existing AS400 applications, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Work on system integrations, ensuring that AS400 applications can interact with other platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure that all development work adheres to best practices, industry standards, and company guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
