Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Instructional Design, Corporate Training, or Communications, or 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience with instructional design and digital adoption platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, MS Forms, Teams, Excel, Visio, Articulate 360, and content authoring software.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain resource guides and training materials for Source-to-Pay processes.
• Support training development for internal teams and suppliers.
• Administer the Digital Adoption Platform, ensuring training materials reflect system updates.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep documentation accurate and relevant.
• Maintain online user resources and support continuous improvement initiatives.
