  • Strong understanding of algorithmic trading and financial markets.
  • Technical background in software engineering, having worked in roles like software engineer or system analyst.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and gather user needs, ideas, and suggestions.
  • Systematize requirements and decompose into relevant features.
  • Conduct research, experiments, and prototyping to validate hypotheses.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap outlining long-term strategies and plans.
  • Oversee product releases and coordinate timelines for feature deployment.
  • Manage the feature backlog, prioritizing based on business needs and user impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Trading, Technology, etc.
  • Assess the profitability of the product, analyzing value vs. costs and ROI.
  • Identify product risks and establish strategies for sustainable development.
