Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years medical device sales experience.
  • 1-3 years experience selling capital or medical devices to the C-Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills for managing multiple projects/sales processes.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline with a CRM.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a driver's record check.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve annual sales goals with key targets in an assigned territory.
  • Utilize tools and training from Noah Medical to accelerate sales.
  • Develop clinical champions aligned with the Galaxy system's clinical value propositions.
  • Develop executive champions aligned with the Galaxy system's strategic and economic value propositions.
  • Build and close the capital pipeline through execution of the sales process.
  • Drive market awareness and generate demand for the Galaxy System.
  • Manage the hospital sales process from engagement to contract signature.
  • Facilitate post-installation handoff to the clinical sales team.
  • Share best practices across the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Clinical Sales, Marketing, Product Management, etc.
  • Develop partnerships with KOLs to reinforce value propositions.
  • Maintain opportunity and account information using Salesforce CRM.
