Requirements:

• Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Licensed in VA and the state in which you reside.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children.
• Possess knowledge of diagnosis, assessment practices, and treatment strategies for children's mental health needs.
• Strong technological skills, including digital documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual high-quality, evidence based, virtual mental health counseling, and therapeutic interventions to K-12 students.
• May diagnose, conduct initial mental health intake assessments, and create individual treatment plans.
• Conduct clinical screeners and ongoing assessments of student progress.
• Collaborate with the care management team for smooth transitions into Hazel services.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in trainings and other clinical team activities.
