Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, or 4 years of additional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, AWS Cloud Practitioner.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Skills in data filtering, reporting using PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, define timeframes, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to meet objectives.
• Manage customer relationships to maximize value from services.
• Utilize project management skills for onboarding and task scheduling.
• Provide guidance and serve as an escalation point for issues.
• Create business reports demonstrating ongoing service value.
• Collaborate with engineers for backlog grooming and identify new work.
• Lead root cause analysis for customer engagement issues.
• Coordinate stakeholder perspectives for efficient solutions.
• Make judgments about task completion times and manage team deadlines.
• Conduct presentations for stakeholders at various comprehension levels.
• Collect data, perform analyses, and develop models for decision impacts.
