Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in building and managing data products, platforms, or technology solutions.
• Proven success in owning and delivering products from conception to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Deep expertise in Excel for analytics and strong technical skills in SQL and Python/Scala.
• Experience collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams, ideally using Agile frameworks.
• Ability to balance technical depth with business needs and strategy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with NeueHealth’s mission and business goals.
• Own data products and AI-driven solutions throughout their full lifecycle, including development, rollout, and ongoing support.
• Develop and manage roadmaps, prioritizing features to maximize impact.
• Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that connect business needs with technical execution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Use data to discover insights and make actionable conclusions.
• Promote a data-driven culture by measuring product success with metrics.
• Address ambiguous, complex problems creatively and persistently.
