Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in packaging design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative and authentic designs.
• Proven ability to design for brands rooted in traditional culture, with a deep understanding of coffee or Latin American culture being a plus.
• Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong creative thinker with attention to detail, particularly in cultural design nuances.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred, as much of the communication is conducted in Spanish.
• Strong collaboration skills with a marketing and brand-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling packaging designs that combine traditional elements with the rich Latin coffee culture.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design all brand-related artwork, including packaging, newsletter graphics, website visuals and layouts, social media content, print materials, and video ad production.
• Develop and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative outputs.
• Ensure quality control of all designs, maintaining brand consistency across various platforms.
• Present a portfolio that highlights relevant projects, especially those that combine traditional and Latin design elements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and brand objectives.
