- Professional degree: BE/B Tech/MCA/BSC-IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification V4 or equivalent experience preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of IT Service Management principles and experience with JIRA.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in software, manufacturing, distribution, or accounting industry.
- Basic technical knowledge including HTML, CSS, and good analytical & technical skills.
- Primary point of contact with SMB Enterprise Customer Accounts globally, discussing business needs.
- Create and maintain customer journey artifacts.
- Cultivate customer satisfaction and support daily requests from eCommerce customers.
- Collaborate with team members and provide status updates on support tickets.
- Resolve issues related to web applications and support the deployment of web applications.
