Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience working in design roles.
• 3+ years of experience in people development and leadership within a design context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Dynamic and flexible in adapting to design software and workflows.
• Proficiency in project and change management.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating the operation of the Creative Design Subchapter, ensuring high effectiveness in design activities.
• Attracting and developing talents, providing coaching and support.
• Driving the embedding of a new operating model and role modeling agile collaboration.
• Managing design resources and monitoring their utilization for customer satisfaction.
• Building relationships and aligning on strategic priorities with other subchapters.
