Requirements:

• 5+ years of expertise in Ruby on Rails (Frontend & Backend).
• Production support experience and willingness to handle critical tasks.
• Proficiency with Aptible and JIRA is a plus.
• Prior experience in the healthcare domain is beneficial.
• Lead experience is preferred.
• Skills required: RSpec, Capybara, TailwindCSS, DaisyUI, Turbo, ActionCable, Sidekiq Pro, Postgres, Redis, CircleCI.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-call support for critical application errors and infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot failures in nightly ETL processes, databases, or third-party integrations.
• Investigate non-critical errors and infrastructure heuristics.
• Debug and approve automated library updates via Dependabot.
• Conduct Ruby and Rails version upgrades.
• Continuously improve existing codebases, systems, and infrastructure.
• Design and implement new features in existing applications.
• Enhance system integrations and manage real-time updates.
• Implement automated tests and maintain robust deployment pipelines.
• Support vendor migrations and ensure smooth integration with new services.
• Provide real-time assistance and handle end-user support requests.
