Requirements:

• Minimum three years experience in HEDIS.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Stars measures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed during annual HEDIS hybrid project.
• Preferred qualifications include three years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field or 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Duals HEDIS team during year-round activities and annual HEDIS hybrid project.
• Manage various projects and tasks to meet Medicare Stars, Accreditation, and Quality Withhold goals.
• Serve as a HEDIS measure subject matter expert and mentor HEDIS Coordinators.
• Participate in team meetings to strategize and prioritize performance goals.
• Assist with onboarding and training of HEDIS Coordinator staff.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Sr. Manager during the HEDIS project.
• Utilize systems for measure reporting and population access.
• Support initiatives to improve HEDIS and Star ratings.
• Collaborate with the National Quality team on member and provider initiatives.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
