Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in growing iOS and/or Android apps via multiple marketing channels.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently without a full team.
• Interest in sports, specifically fantasy sports and sports betting.
• Proactive and creative mindset to generate and implement new marketing ideas.
• Focus on data-driven approaches rather than relying solely on branding.
• Excellence in reporting and interpreting data for real-time decision-making.
• Good understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem with actionable ideas.
• Experience with ASO, MMP, social media, data analytics, and performance tools.
• Demonstrated skills in user acquisition and growth marketing within a B2C company or app startup.

Responsibilities:

• Grow and optimize iOS / Android app performance from multiple traffic sources including organic and paid.
• Setup data tracking and analytics for app performance and interpret results for real-time improvement.
• Manage revenue, costs, and margins for app performance and communicate results to the business team.
• Analyze results from each channel and in-app activity in real-time for team updates.
• Develop and execute clear creative strategies for in-app marketing to enhance user engagement.
• Own a testing plan to ensure high growth across all apps in the portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with app developers, designers, and the business team to meet objectives.
