Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of demonstrated appraisal review experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with different organizational levels.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• High degree of personal integrity, initiative, and dependability.
• Capability to learn quickly and work cooperatively.

Responsibilities:

• Review residential appraisal reports for compliance with corporate policy standards and external regulations.
• Evaluate the reasonableness of residential appraisal reports.
• Interpret, apply and explain policies to internal and external customers.
• Ensure consistency with appraisal standards and bank policies.
• Address various issues affecting property values through external research.
• Manage resolution of audit findings timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
