Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in process management or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing digital workflows, preferably in certification or educational services.
• Experience working across teams (IT, customer service, compliance) for process improvements.
• Skills in process improvement methodologies, project management, analytics, and communication.

Responsibilities:
