  • Basic knowledge of PEP (Product Engineering Process).
  • Flexibility in working hours and the ability to work remotely.
  • Competencies: proactive, effective communication, teamwork, and early risk identification.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan project workpackages.
  • Define cross-functional teams.
  • Identify key milestones with stakeholders, reflecting on the project timeline.
  • Early identification and removal of project roadblocks.
  • Risk mitigation and continuous improvement of project operation.
  • Track project budget and resources, controlling and negotiating until series deployment.
  • Enable teamwork and promote information exchange for project goals.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet quality, KPI, time, and budget targets.
  • Communicate project status regularly and follow up through escalation channels.
  • Support new project acquisition analysis and approvals.
