• Understanding of Identity providers and solutions including multifactor authentication and identity management.
• Knowledge of authorization and authentication frameworks.
• Strong focus and ability to learn.
• Effective communication skills to motivate and build trust within the team.
• Ability to inspire the team to excel in their roles.
• Healthcare (adjacent) experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery to innovate on effective ways to improve the connection between Jane and its users.
• Help users protect their accounts through improved authentication mechanisms.
• Facilitate easier management of staff permissions for practice owners.
• Increase patient engagement with the Jane ecosystem.
• Shape the future of Identity by collaborating on impactful changes to essential experiences.
