• Analyze and resolve denied insurance claims promptly.
• Identify trends in denials and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with insurance companies and internal teams for appeals.
• Document all denial management activities accurately.
• Provide patients with clear explanations of their financial obligations.
• Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits.
• Offer guidance on payment plans and financial assistance.
• Post payments accurately and reconcile cash receipts.
• Investigate discrepancies in payment postings.
• Work closely with billing and authorization teams.
• Stay updated on insurance policies and regulatory changes.
• Support month-end closing activities.
