Associate (Consultant) - France

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related areas such as Economics, Business Administration, or Public Health.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with a successful record in strategy consulting firms, governments, NGOs, or international organizations.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in both French and English, with proficiency in presentation tools.
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively in dynamic and complex multinational environments.
• Authorization to work in France or similar in Germany/Netherlands with an understanding of contract model.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and support partner organizations in implementing health promotion initiatives, achieving tangible results.
• Provide daily program management support, including notetaking and preparing effective meetings with stakeholders.
• Take ownership of specific workstreams to ensure timely delivery of results.
• Engage directly with local governments and partners, facilitating relationship-building and problem-solving.
• Contribute to data collection and analytical processes for client recommendations.
• Plan and execute stakeholder workshops, ensuring smooth meetings.
• Help create client reports and communication materials.
