Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting / finance / business
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in accounting
• Working knowledge of cloud-based bookkeeping and other accounting software
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statement accounts
• Ability to work autonomously
• Logical structuring of thoughts and clear communication of ideas

Responsibilities:

• Performing full-cycle accounting including month-end close procedures
• Reviewing operating expenses for proper classification and cut-off
• Performing daily account reconciliations
• Posting journal entries as needed
• Assisting with payroll processing
• Assisting the management team in annual financial statement audits
• Preparing weekly and monthly financial results
• Handling various miscellaneous tasks to support the finance team
• Preparing regulatory reports
