Requirements:
  • 2yrs+ of experience defining testing protocols and test plans.
  • 2yrs+ of experience in writing test code in one of the programming languages (Javascript/Python/Golang).
  • 2yrs+ of experience in at least one testing automation framework (Cypress/Selenium).
  • 1yr+ experience with testing applications hosted on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/GCP).
  • Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and debug issues in test scripts and application code.
  • Ability to deeply understand functional requirements.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment (Slack, JIRA, GitLab, Git).
  • Superior attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement testing tools and infrastructure improvements.
  • Develop detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for test coverage.
  • Perform rigorous testing to identify and track defects.
  • Define and track key quality metrics, such as test coverage.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
  • Identify, analyze, and debug issues in test scripts and application code.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and tools.
  • Maintain documentation of test plans, processes, and results.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams for issue resolution.
  • Adapt to the startup environment by taking on additional responsibilities.
