Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a full-time manager.
• Experience supporting and coaching Staff+ and Senior engineers.
• Experience managing a remote/distributed team.
• Familiarity with and interest in best practices for Dev Productivity and CI/CD.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with and lead the CI/CD team to shape the strategy at Airbnb.
• Prioritize projects across stakeholders to deliver impact in CI and CD.
• Foster relationships with partner teams and craft working agreements.
• Coach and mentor the team with empathy.
• Assist Staff and Sr. Staff engineers in aligning architecture and strategy.
• Create plans to systematically address technical debt and quality.
• Contribute to the organization's culture and processes.
