Requirements:

• You have a degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on HR management or labor law.
• You bring at least 4–5 years of professional experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of HR operations and labor law topics.
• You have extensive experience supporting employees across multiple countries.
• You are fluent in both German and English, additional foreign language skills are a plus.
• You have solid experience in HR project management and using various HR tools.
• You demonstrate a hands-on mentality, flexibility, and dynamism.

Responsibilities:

• You take care of all people-related matters, both operational and strategic.
• You act as a point of contact and business partner for professionals and leaders.
• You manage all HR tasks across the employee lifecycle.
• You prepare employment contracts or collaborate with external partners.
• You contribute to and lead HR projects integrated into the global corporate strategy.
• You ensure efficient HR processes in an international environment.
• You support the growth of Factor Eleven into a thriving international company.
