Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Product Manager with a proven record of impactful product delivery.
• At least one experience in a '0 to 1' product.
• Minimum of 1 year in a product growth role at a SaaS product company.
• Experience building experimental roadmaps collaboratively.
• Proficiency with experimentation tools such as Optimizely, Hotjar, or Google Optimize.
• Strong focus on learning and effective communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate the team for optimal performance.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously learn about acquisition patterns related to demos and sign ups.
• Uncover pain points in acquisition and prioritize opportunities with the team.
• Build an experimental roadmap to test hypotheses for acquisition improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to empower independent experiment launches.
• Analyze results of experiments and share insights across product and the company.
• Lead discovery of ways to help clinics onboard onto Jane's platform.
