Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German.
• 3+ years experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment.
• Ability to disseminate and popularize technical information for a general audience.
• Superior presentation and communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail and quality.
• Strong level of autonomy with the ability to drive projects with limited guidance.
• Highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with SaaS tools and familiarity with security industry is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Work with SMB and Commercial customers to share product knowledge and demonstrate aspects of 1Password.
• Provide training to both customers and team members at 1Password.
• Respond to vendor requests, security questionnaires, and legal requests.
• Write and manage knowledge-base content for Go-to-market.
• Record video resources to be shared internally and with customers.
• Be a sought after resource for Go-to-market for questions regarding 1Password.
• Create materials for learning about and using 1Password.
