Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products.
• Deep understanding of advertisers' and publishers' needs and ability to execute product strategies.
• Experience in online advertising, particularly programmatic advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in leading and/or mentoring other product managers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the discovery, creation and communication of an overarching product vision and strategy for the business unit.
• Ensure the entire product organization collaborates closely with engineering, marketing and other teams to deliver products that align with our vision.
• Define and prioritize product features based on market research and user feedback, translating them into product specifications.
• Analyze key performance metrics to optimize product performance.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and coordinate with Product Operations for team efficiency.
