Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
5 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in Business Banking business development, credit, and lending.
Understanding of financial documentation from IRS to personal financial details.
Ability to translate cash flow analysis for client communication.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Drives business development activity across a specific geography working with external referral sources throughout the Healthcare Sector.
Develops, qualifies, educates and maintains key COI’s for loan referrals.
Engages in lead development by building trust with COI’s and networking.
Meets with potential clients to educate them on suitable loan products.
Conducts underwriting decision review.
Manages a pipeline of loans while driving a minimum of $25mm in annual lending.
Achieves Primary Banking Relationship metrics.
Takes leadership roles on team initiatives and mentors.
Collaborates closely with internal partners.
Presents at various healthcare networking events.
