Proven experience (5+ years) in operations or project management, with a focus on scaling businesses or projects at the regional level.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, anticipate challenges, and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams.
