Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred but not required.
5+ years of experience in paid media buying or digital marketing.
Certifications in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
Proven experience as a Paid Media Buyer, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
Strong knowledge and experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other display networks.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimizations.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Manage, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns to achieve KPIs, including ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CAC.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting.
Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Utilize retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
