Requirements:

  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • 10 years of demonstrated skills in project management tasks.
  • 15 years of management experience in a global environment.
  • Ability to inspire teamwork and motivate personnel within a matrix system.
  • Experience managing global development programs.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with clients professionally.
  • Available for domestic and international travel.
  • Valid passport required.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Broad knowledge of the drug development process and client needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall management and direction of the Project Management team.
  • Ensure consistency in operational and financial delivery within assigned areas.
  • Develop and implement clear roles and responsibilities within Project Teams.
  • Chair and conduct Monthly Portfolio Review meetings to improve Project Delivery.
  • Identify and remedy customer issues and team performance challenges.
  • Work with teams to communicate key business and operational insights.
  • Ensure accurate staffing plans in collaboration with leadership.
  • Manage scope and risk throughout project delivery.
  • Oversee adherence to project plans and performance indicators.
  • Review and approve new business proposals.
  • Maintain relationships with sponsors and provide operational leadership in bid meetings.
  • Facilitate issue resolution in sponsor relationships.
