• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• 5-8 years of leadership experience in public school-related services.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities:

• Explore new markets and connect with stakeholders to find business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential partners.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Create and execute sales plans for prospecting and client maintenance.
• Represent the Quest Zone brand at events and conferences.
