Product Designer - UI/UX

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the financial or tech industries.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is required.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user interaction.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and gather insights through interviews and usability testing.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify design trends.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback for refinements.
• Create visually engaging interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Track user interactions and derive insights for design enhancements.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends.
