• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active licensing; professional designation (CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in directing day-to-day activities of team members.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Handle various policy tasks including endorsements and cancellations.
• Conduct client research and prepare business submissions.
• Assist in contract reviews.
• Monitor accounts receivable and pursue delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency management systems with accurate data.
• Ensure timely completion of activities.
• Communicate regularly with the account team regarding workload.
• Deliver excellent customer service and anticipate needs.
• Stay updated on company policies.
• Seek best practices for performance improvement.
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership.
