Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers within the Product team.
• Develop and create content for various platforms like in-app messaging, onboarding materials, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Organize and write supporting documentation for product features and releases.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and translate insights into content.
• Ensure content is consistent, accurate, and easy to understand across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry best practices for UX writing and content strategy.
• Adhere to Simpplr's brand guidelines.
