Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
3-5 years of experience with a Business Intelligence Tool such as MS Power BI, Qlik, Quicksight, or Tableau.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
Experience in eCommerce or market research is a plus.
Excel VBA programming and ETL experience are a plus.
Ability to think logically, organize workflows, and solve problems independently.
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Business fluency in English and native Thai speaking.

Development of BI reporting required to meet and inform business needs.
Monitor data/information management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
Prepare and analyze data using SQL, Power BI, Excel, or other tools.
Create and maintain documentation including requirements and user manuals.
Create and develop powerful dashboards to present data.
Contribute to technical project management and prepare reports for BI tools.
Lead deep-dive analysis to identify business opportunities and provide insights.
