Requirements:

Cebu based.
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
At least 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
Experience with accounting software and ERPs; Netsuite experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with local government requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Check and receive vendor invoices and delivery receipts.
Compile and collate all invoices and delivery receipts.
Coordinate with vendors on disputes regarding documents.
Verify invoices before processing them.
Log invoices in the APPH Tracker for Netsuite booking.
Ensure timely and correct booking of invoices in Netsuite.
Raise a JIRA ticket for syncing issues.
Confirm approved POs in the Regional PO Tracker for deliveries.
Validate invoice details against Good Received Notes.
Report discrepancies between POs and invoices.
Request KAM approval for differences in amounts.
Monitor disputes and communicate with vendors.
Generate IRNB and identify unvalidated invoices.
Send reminders for pending validations and bookings.
Check 3PL remittances and update the Non-COD tracker.
Monitor cheque deposits and coordinate for any returns.
Compile and account for employee expense claims and documents.
