Requirements:

• Proven experience with ML research, including novel training methodologies and model architectures.
• Demonstrated proficiency in customizing language models such as GPT, BERT, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ML and NLP frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, with custom model architecture implementation skills.
• Proficiency in Python focusing on writing efficient, maintainable, scalable code.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
• A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ML Research and Development, focusing on solving real-world business problems through advanced ML techniques.
• Architect novel training and fine-tuning methodologies for Language Models (LLMs).
• Evaluate model performance and innovate techniques for enhancing model effectiveness.
• Design feedback systems for continuous learning to improve model performance over time.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product teams to align research with business needs.
• Monitor the latest advancements in ML and NLP, integrating them into development.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers in a culture of continuous learning.
